Owner and Lead InjectorLindsay specializes in natural aesthetics, that stand the test of time. She has trained extensively with some of the top providers United States, as well as abroad. Her signature work and specialties include natural facial harmonization, long term aging care plans, and augmentation of the lower face. Lindsay’s work has become an out of state destination for jawline revision and augmentation of the recessed chin.

ClinicianShana is the proud owner and Nurse Practitioner at Vital Root Health.
She has 5 years in cardiac critical care, 5 years in the ICU, and about 2 years each in family medicine and inpatient/outpatient cardiology, her experience is as diverse as it is deep. But at the heart of it all is her passion for changing lives through medicine.
In her practice, Shana believes in taking the time to educate and empower her patients. Her appointments are relaxed and informative because she understands the value of a comfortable healthcare experience. She is dedicated to making a difference in the Lafayette community, one patient at a time.
Shana provides medical weight loss, thyroid optimization, primary care, urgent care, sports physicals, and coming soon … hormone management.
Maria McGrew
Certified Spanish Medical InterpreterMaria is the proud owner of Lux Delicacies, serving unique sweets at events and private parties throughout the state, as well as being a resident vendor at Loeb stadium for the Lafayette Aviators. Maria is a lifelong resident of Lafayette and works as a Certified Medical Interpreter at our local health facilities. Adorn and Vital Root Health are committed to providing the best care for our patients. Tippecanoe, as well as our surrounding counties, have a strong Hispanic presence in the community, and we proudly offer clinic days dedicated to our Spanish speaking patients. Maria has consulted with us to develop our workflows and interpretation services. She will also be leading the team members that interpret for us on these service dates, as well as performing interpretation services on some of those clinic days.
Rachael Sturgeon
Front Office LeadRachael is the Scheduling Manager and Front Office Lead at Adorn. She brings over ten years of experience managing large practice operations in surgery and family practice. Rachael keeps things flowing day to day and makes sure your experience at Adorn is an exceptional one.
Courtney Janssen
Practice ManagerCourtney is the Practice Manager at Adorn. She works Part Time (although we hope to steel her completely one day), running special projects, IT integrations, and Human Resources. She holds a master’s degree in human services, and experience in ranging from Alternative School High School Administration to non-profit leadership.
